Allround no worry package (optional bookable until April 30th, 2027)
Register with confidence with the comprehensive allround no worry package.
Circumstances can often change quickly, so if you don’t want to leave anything to chance, you can play it safe with Challenge Kaiserwinkl-Walchsee. With the optional comprehensive no worry package, registered middle distance (individual or relay) or aquabike athletes will not lose your entry fee when you cancel your registration for any reason.
Our comprehensive allround no worry package costs 39.00 euros and includes the following:
Extension/modification of the right of withdrawal (without giving reasons).
- Cancellation/withdrawal until 30 April 2027 – 95% refund of the entry fee or free of charge transfer to 2028
- Cancellation/withdrawal until 31 May 2027 – 85% refund of entry free or free of charge transfer to 2028
- Cancellation/withdrawal until 20 June 2027 – 70% refund of entry fee or re-booking to 2028 for € 59,- transfer fee.
In all cases, it is not possible to transfer the payment to another participant or another race.
The comprehensive, all-around, no-worries package can be purchased until midnight on 30 April 2027, via the online registration portal.
Additional Fees
- The lending fee for the timing chip is included (T100 Distance, Aquabike and Relay). If the lending chip is not returned after the event , EUR 50,- will be charged. Bank fees are to the expense of participants.
- Registration takes place via active.com. All administration, technology and transaction fees are included in the entry fee
- All rates are inclusive of valid VAT.
One-day membership – day license for T100 distance single and relay, aquabike and aquathlon standard distance
Entitled to Participate as single or relay starters in the races are only triathletes:
a) with a valid license of your national triathlon federation, that must be shown when collecting the race documents, otherwise a day license has to be purchased.

b) with a one-day membership (day-license)
A one-day membership can be requested with your entry for:
- T100 Distance: € 16,-
- T100 Distance Relay: € 6,-/starter
- Aquabike: € 16,-
- Aquathlon standard distance: € 12,-
Athletes of Junior Challenge and the Family Run (5k run) do not need a license!
